* Top Tier for Wedding Couple- The top tier is not included in
the servings for guests with the exception of the cakes serving
40 or 60.

* Cakes that serve 60, 75, or 100 are all 3 tier cakes,
however, the width of the tiers is increased to accommodate
more servings (a 3 tier cake to serve 100 is larger in diameter
than a 3 tier cake that serves 75). Same principle applies to
the 4 tier cakes.

*Sheet cakes are decorated with a simple border only
and are meant to be stored in the back with your caterer.
They will cut and serve any sheets with your main cake.
